3. How We Handle Your Content

Meeting notes and documentation inputs are processed only for the purpose of producing your requested outputs. The registration tools keep an in-progress draft in your browser session so you can recover it after an accidental refresh. Use the visible clear-data control to remove that browser draft. Server-side generation activity may be logged for security, billing, troubleshooting and service operations; the applicable retention period is described in our internal records and can be requested from us.

All inputs are treated as confidential session data and are not used for AI model training or any other purpose beyond producing your immediate documentation outputs.

4. AI Processing

ReporticaAI uses AI language models to structure and create documentation. Your content is processed in real-time and not stored by these services.

5. UK Data Residency

ReporticaAI is hosted on UK/EU infrastructure. Your meeting notes and documentation are processed within UK/EU data centres and are never transferred to US servers for storage.

This supports UK GDPR compliance and provides assurance for organisations with data sovereignty policies. Browser drafts remain only until cleared or the browser session ends; operational records may have separate retention periods. Contact us if you need clarification about a specific record.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. All data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.
